Soldering Operative

Location: Aylesford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 00
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour

We are currently looking for a Soldering Operative to join our client in Aylesford. This role involves gas torch soldering of small metal trays in a hands-on production environment.

• Gas torch soldering of small metal components and trays

• Working to quality and safety standards

• Handling small, detailed parts with care and precision

• Following set processes and instructions

• Previous soldering experience desirable (gas torch preferred but not essential)

• Candidates with a similar hands-on or manufacturing background encouraged to apply

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• £12.40 per hour

• Full training provided

• Stable, daytime hours no weekends

• Supportive working environment
