As a Design Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the design process across multiple projects.Liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of design information.Support value engineering and buildability reviews.Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and company standards.Attend design meetings and contribute to design risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
Degree-qualified in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.3+ years' experience in a design or technical role within the built environment.Strong communication and coordination skills.A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow into a full Design Manager role.
