The role:

Looking to build a career at the heart of major construction handovers? This is your chance to step into a critical role that bridges project delivery and operational success.

As a Trainee Handover Coordinator, you ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality Operations & Maintenance and business handover documentation is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time. Working alongside experienced Business Handover and Document Control professionals, you ll gain hands-on exposure to live projects, industry standards and best-practice processes setting you up for long-term growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

You Will:

• Support the preparation, collation, checking and handover of O&M manuals and project handover documentation
• Maintain accurate document registers, version control and filing within document management systems
• Apply approved templates, checklists and workflows to ensure consistency, quality and compliance
• Review documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies and non-compliance with internal and contractual standards
• Assist with audits, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation quality and efficiency
• Support training activities and engage in ongoing development related to handover processes, standards and systems

We're looking For:

• Educated to vocational qualification or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Competent in Microsoft Office
