Block Manager / Property Manager
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire (Office-based)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Block Manager / Property Manager who is TPI or IRPM qualified and confident working with both Freeholders and Leaseholders.

The Role
You will manage your own portfolio of developments located across London and the Home Counties. The role is office-based in Borehamwood, but you will be trusted to manage your workload independently without micromanagement.
You will be fully supported by:

An in-house accounts team handling service charge and accounting queries

Your own assistant managing day-to-day client enquiries
This structure allows you to focus on delivering a high-quality service and successfully managing your portfolio.
About You

TPI or IRPM qualified (or working towards)

Proven experience in residential block/property management

Strong communication and relationship-management skills

Organised, proactive, and service-focused
