Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Type: Freelance / Temp to Perm (If Successful)

Role: 4Site Recruitment is looking for a Site Manager for a Large Commercial Fit Out project in Essex.This is a boots on the ground Site Manager role, requiring someone confident with health & safety management and site documentation. The project is live and currently running.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and manage day-to-day site operations
- Oversee strip out, brick work, steel erection and cladding packages
- Manage health and safety compliance on site
- Prepare and manage RAMS, method statements and risk assessments
- Coordinate subcontractors and site workforce
- Monitor progress of allocated sections
- Report directly to Alex
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience running a site OR strong experience managing health & safety and site paperwork
- Experience working on commercial fit out projects
- Knowledge of RAMS, method statements and risk assessments
- Ability to work within a live project environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong team fit adaptable and not overly regimented
