Site Manager

My client are a specialist civil engineering principal contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help manage and deliver a green energy project in East Sussex for a valued client. The scope of works you will be responsible for managing will include reinstatement, insertion and buried services.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Programme management and delivery.
• Writing and amending RAMS.
• Raising and signing permits.
• Daily briefings.
• Detailed record keeping.
• Ordering materials.
• QA/ QC.
• Managing health and safety.
• Look ahead programs.
• Liaising with the client and local authorities.
• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• CSCS card - Gold, black or white.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• NRSWA - supervisor.
• EUSR 1 & 2 - (HSG47).
• IT literate.
• Punctual.
• Experience with buried services.
• Experience with reinstatement.
• Able to follow and deliver a tight programme.
• Full UK driving licence.
