Head of Quantity Surveying

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Head of Quantity Surveying position for and on behalf of one of our clients.

The position is based near Manchester, Liverpool or Preston for and exciting consultancy practice who are growing year on year. They work in all sectors of the built environment.

The role is for a Head of Quantity Surveying carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Cost reporting
• Business development is a large portion of this role
• Tender analysis
• Valuations
• Contract administrations
• Client care

Head of Quantity Surveying requirements for the role are:

• Minimum of 6 years experience
• Business development experience and motivation
• Autonomously running projects
• Client care experience
• MRICS chartered.
