EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Estimator position for and on behalf of one of our clients.

The position is for an Oxford based contractor working in the private residential sector.

The role is for an Estimator carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Take offs
• BoQ's
• Rates & SoR.
• Quotations
• Valuations
• Final accounts
• Variations
• Reviewing drawings
• Tender submissions.

Requirements for the role are:

• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Residential sector experience
• Autonomously running projects
• Pre contract and some post contract experience.
