Multiple Locations in Scotland Hybrid working Up to 40k

A well-established building services and sustainability consultancy is looking for a Building Physics Engineer to join its growing team in Scotland.

This is a great opportunity for someone with up to 4 years' experience who wants to develop their expertise in operational energy and performance-led design within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role
You'll support the delivery of building performance and energy modelling services across a range of sectors, working closely with multidisciplinary design teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Dynamic thermal modelling and operational energy analysis using IES-VE
• Apache HVAC modelling and support for NABERS / Design for Performance projects
• Overheating and thermal comfort analysis (TM52 / TM59 / Part O)
• Supporting low-energy and net zero design strategies from concept through to completion

About You

• Up to 4 years' experience in Building Physics or Energy Modelling
• Experience using IES-VE, including Apache HVAC
• Exposure to or experience with NABERS / operational energy modelling
• Background in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• An interest in AI, automation or digital tools (highly desirable but not essential)
