Residential Property Senior Fee Earner A well established law firm are looking to add a Residential property fee earner, solicitor, conveyancer or cilex to their team. You will be required to hit the ground running and have 5+years experience in handling all aspects of residential matters. Preferred Requirements:
- Utilise your exceptional knowledge of residential property law to guide clients through complex transactions with ease
- Demonstrate your strong communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Showcase your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and best practices to provide the most accurate and valuable advice to your clients
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Residential Property Fee Earner or Solicitor
- Demonstrate a strong track record of success in the residential property sector
- Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
