A dedicated London Cost Consultancy with a sociable working environment is seeking a smart, hard-working Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to push forward with their APC diary.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The directors are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable supporting a variety of projects including private healthcare, gym refurbishments, and office fit out schemes.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract tasks under the support of an Associate. The goal is to build your confidence and technical knowledge before handing over small projects (up to 3m) to run independently.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Eager to achieve MRICS
• 1-3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
