They are now seeking the additional administration support for their commercial team in Lewisham, South East London and Aylesford, Kent. You will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor assisting with various tasks to include data input, ordering and recording of materials for site, processing payments, liaising with relevant parties as required and supportive administration duties as required.
You will:
• Have experience of working within a UK contractor as Commercial Assistant/Administrator
• Construction related qualifications is advantageous but not essential
• Be numerate and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate
• Ability to work within a team or alone
• Stable work history
