Health & Safety Advisor (Lead Role)
  • Location: Alcester, Warwickshire
  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Office & Site Based)
  • Salary: £45,000 £50,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Holiday - 29 days' including Bank Holidays

The Role: Impact & Responsibility

As the lead Health & Safety Advisor, you will have full autonomy over the company's safety standards across various sectors (NHS, Schools, Commercial).

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Documentation: Compiling Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Construction Phase Plans.
  • Accreditations: Managing the company s ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications and environmental compliance.
  • Site Leadership: Conducting regular site inspections and audits to maintain their positive safety culture.
  • Project Completion: Producing detailed Health & Safety files for project handovers.
  • Training & PPE: Overseeing the staff training matrix and managing PPE supplies.
The Person: Who are we looking for?

This is a "boots on the ground" role. To be successful, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in H&S position within construction, building maintenance, or facilities management.
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • Mobility: A full UK driving license (Essential).
  • Presence: This is an office and site-based role; hybrid or home working is not available.
