They provide a range of consultancy services that include building & quantity surveying, project management, architecture & master planning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability, and health & safety. As Senior Building Surveyor, you will either be working on a large social housing framework contract managing refurbishment and maintenance projects across SE postcodes, alternatively you will be working on education projects taking over from a Senior Manager looking to move away from the sector. The projects they've won alone in the lockdown period, will see them through to mid 2022 without taking in to account the projects they had before, putting them in a strong position if another lockdown was to occur. You will be working in a team of 12, where you will report into an Associate and have junior surveyors beneath you.
