The Role

• Maintain and manage cost control procedures
• Setting, monitoring and delivery of budgets
• Place orders
• Produce accurate reports
• Forecast material costs
• Work closely with sub-contractors

The Person

• Quantity Surveying degree or HND
• Experience in new build housing
• IT literate
• Strong communication skills
• High working standards
