Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong background in timber frame residential construction We are seeking a driven, hands-on professional to lead the delivery of a 70-unit timber frame housing development on the Kent coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full site responsibility for a high-quality coastal scheme from superstructure through to completion, working with an established developer known for delivering thoughtfully designed homes.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will:

  • Take full operational control of a 70-plot timber frame housing project

  • Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

  • Oversee timber frame installation and sequencing

  • Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations

  • Conduct regular progress meetings and report to senior management

  • Ensure homes are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget

  • Manage NHBC inspections and handovers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential developments (50+ units)

  • Strong experience delivering timber frame housing projects

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK Building Regulations

  • Ability to manage programmes and drive productivity
