I am looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a large-scale re roofing project in Carlisle. This is an immediate starting role, managing day to day site operations and ensuring the project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Oversee all on site activities for a major re roofing programmeCoordinate subcontractors and tradesMaintain site safety, compliance, and documentationLiaise with project leads and provide daily progress updatesEnsure quality standards and timelines are met
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing construction or roofing projectsStrong understanding of H&S regulationsConfident in coordinating teams and resolving on site issuesSMSTS and First Aid Ability to start immediately and commit for the full project duration
