Customer, Brand & Stakeholder Management: • Act as a senior, professional, client-facing representative. • Conduct regular service delivery reviews with customers, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. • Manage escalations and resolve service delivery issues professionally and effectively. • Ensure operational delivery aligns with brand values and group standards.
