Ensure technical documentation complies with current Building Regulations, housing standards and warranty provider requirements. Apply strong technical knowledge to ensure designs are practical, compliant and effectively coordinated. Essential Qualifications & Experience Strong technical capability developed through work on medium to large scale projects, ideally within residential or mixed use developments. Excellent AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills. Good understanding of Building Regulations. Experience leading project teams and working collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors. Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages and coordinate information with other consultants. Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative while also working independently when required. Extensive technical experience gained across projects typically valued at 5m or more.
