MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER CIRCA £27185 plus benefits IVER, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE RESPONSIBILITIES The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for: Supervising the work of 8 maintenance fitters Carrying out maintenance work e.g. fitting doors, fixing locks, plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling Ensuring Maintenance Fitters understand tasks and timeframes Scheduling work to ensure deadlines are met REQUIREMENTS To be successful as a Maintenance Team Leader you must have: Multi-trade experience e.g. painting, decorating, joinery, plumbing Confident using basic hand and power tools NVQ Level 2 in a trade would be advantageous Confidence and maturity to motivate and supervise the maintenance team IOSH Working Safely would be useful however they can provide this training Perhaps you are currently looking after the maintenance for a hotel, student accommodation, care home, school or involved in property maintenance or facilities management and looking to join an organisation committed to its people.
