Electrical Supervisor

Client: My client are a mechanical and electrical building services contractor specialising in high end residential projects across London and the home counties. Trading for over 20 years, our client is recognised as a market leading MEP Residential contractor. Projects can range from £2m - £10m+ MEP value.

Development of good working relationships with their clients is key to our client s success. As a result, they benefit from a large amount of repeat business. The majority of our client base comes through personal recommendation, referrals and repeat business and includes numerous Tier 1 High End Residential Contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Day to day coordination of subcontractors on site
• Ordering labour and materials
• Health & Safety
• Tools Box Talks & Site Inductions
• Ensuring works run to programme
• Site meetings with client and contractors
• Quality Assurance

The ideal candidate:

• Have a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
• Hold a current SSSTS / CSCS
• Must have experience running Electrical Projects over £2M
• Ideally have experience within the residential or commercial sector.
• Strong communication skills
• A willingness to develop their career and to strive towards promotion
