This is for the Package Manager who wants proper control of delivery not just being on site and who takes pride in leaving behind a clean, compliant, well-documented handover.

You ll be based on a live data centre project for Ark Data Centres, running a defined electrical package from planning through completion, keeping standards high and problems small.

What you ll do

• Lead on-site delivery of your electrical package: safety, quality, programme and coordination

• Manage subcontractor performance and compliance documentation, RAMS, and on-site standards

• Drive site reporting and controls: lookaheads, issue logs, progress updates and photo records

• Own quality: inspections, snagging, checklists, and ensuring work is right-first-time

• Coordinate materials and logistics to keep labour productive and avoid delays

• Review drawings and support buildability, flagging clashes or install risks early

• Run daily briefings, toolbox talks, inductions and ensure welfare/security are maintained

• Keep records tight: site diaries, equipment registers, audit checklists and handover readiness

What you ll need

• NVQ Level 3+ in Construction/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

• SSSTS (or equivalent)

• IOSH Supervising Safely

• CSCS card relevant to your trade/role

• First Aid at Work

• Experience supervising comparable electrical packages in complex environments

• Strong communication and leadership able to coordinate multiple stakeholders on-site

• Full UK driving licence
