Freelance Site Manager

We are currently working with a reputable main contractor who is delivering a £10M new build commercial project in Ebbsfleet, Kent - and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the scheme.

Project details:

• New build commercial development

• Value: £10M

• Location: Ebbsfleet

• Duration: Minimum 1 month (potential to extend)

• Start: Immediate for the right candidate

Role requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial build projects across all packages

• Strong ability to manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and programme across all packages

• Confident in maintaining health & safety and quality standards across all packages

Tickets required:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First Aid

Rate:

• £300 £320 per day (CIS), dependent on experience
