Intermediate Building Surveyor

A small/medium sized Building Consultancy based near Waterloo and Borough stations is seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their team. This hybrid role offers an excellent package.

The practice provides outstanding building consultancy services and expertise for those managing and developing built assets, working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors such as education, commercial and offices, residential, recreational and arts & entertainment.

The Intermediate Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will undertake a well-rounded role, with a particular focus on independently completing full condition surveys and reports. There is an emphasis on the education sector, especially schools.

Alongside the above, the role also involves a variety of responsibilities, including surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration.

The Intermediate Building Surveyor

  • Education sector experience - particularly schools
  • Well rounded Building Surveying skillset
  • Good contracts knowledge
  • UK private practice/chartered surveying employment history
  • Strong communication skills
  • Any project management experience would be a bonus
  • APC in progress is an advantage
