Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing modular construction business delivering high-quality offsite and on-site building solutions across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative, fast-paced projects within sectors such as residential, education, healthcare, and commercial.

You will play a key role in overseeing the on-site installation and completion of modular units, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities relating to modular installation and associated works

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site

• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company policies

• Coordinate site logistics, cranage operations, and delivery schedules

• Monitor programme timelines and drive progress to meet key milestones

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams

• Prepare and maintain site reports, RAMS, and documentation

• Lead site meetings and toolbox talks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within modular/offsite construction (essential)

• Strong understanding of traditional build interfaces with modular systems

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), and First Aid at Work

• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge

• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work to tight programmes in fast-paced environment
