Site Manager

Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to oversee an project in East London for approx. 9 months.

The project will be overseeing a logistaclly complicated site in East London which includes the strip out and refurb of fire and water damaged flats over 3 floors and also refurbishment of a commercial building.

Essential:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Minimum 6 years experience working on similar projects/sites
• Probem solver as this is a logistically challenging site
• Good client facing
• Familiar with all construction softwares as this is a paperwork driven role
