About the Role
This is a key leadership role supporting operational performance, team guidance, and ensuring electrical safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support electricians across R&M and Voids services
- Oversee electrical remedials, EICRs, and certification workflows
- Ensure all work is completed to high safety and compliance standards
- Assist with scheduling, auditing, and quality control
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the team
- Participate in out-of-hours/weekend work when required
- Use company systems and documentation to manage workloads effectively
Qualifications & Experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
- Proven Electrical Supervisor experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of compliance within social housing (advantageous)
