Salary: 40,000+ (depending on qualifications and experience)

A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy workload across London. The role is focused on commercial and industrial projects, offering technically interesting work, consistency, and strong long-term prospects.

This position suits someone confident operating in a dual role who wants to be well paid for their skill set, with proper support and realistic expectations.

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

• Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling

• Working across commercial and industrial environments

• Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports

• Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent)

• Proven experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role

• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

• Comfortable managing workload independently

• Full UK driving licence
