The successful candidate will have:- * 5-10 years’ PQE * A proven track record of delivering projects in-excess of £20m, * Client Liaison with experience of managing contractors & consultants. * People abilities – leading 3+ team members * Hands on proficient Revit abilities are essential. * Able to demonstrate knowledge of SFS. Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an Architect to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience. Due to Coronavirus the initial role will be working remotely with a long term plan to be based split between home and office. This role could be long term contract or permanent. You will have remote access to the office, therefore our client will provide all software required
