Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

I am working with a super-impressive and growing Building Services/Facilities Management business with a track record of excellence spanning a number of years with a low turnover of staff and plenty of flexibility.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they require an experienced Quantity Surveyor with quick scope to move into a Commercial Manager position. This is a key hire and business critical role within this very well-respected business, who are delivering a variety of projects across commercial, industrial, housing and education projects.

With a pipeline of business spanning multi-million-pound projects kicking off as early as Q2 2026, this role will give you the chance to be part of a growing business and become and integral part of the business from day one. The role naturally offers autonomy, a leadership role that will give you the satisfaction of being a key influencer within the business and immediate and long-term career progression.

Naturally they are looking for an experienced QS who can manage cost control and subcontract packages, whilst working closely with the experienced Contracts Manager and vastly impressive MD of the business. You will be a natural problem solver, well versed in producing monthly commercial reports and thrive on the prospect of growing and leading and exceptional team.
