This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established London-based structural engineering consultancy and work on a growing portfolio of refurbishment-led projects. The Role
Within this position, you will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality Revit models and detailed technical drawings. The role will suit an experienced Revit Technician with 5-7 years' industry experience, ideally with exposure to refurbishment and retrofit projects.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain accurate Revit structural models, including families, views, sheets, schedules, and annotations
- Produce detailed drawings, sections, and technical information to a high standard, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Support refurbishment and retrofit projects, alongside some new-build work
- Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to maintain model integrity and resolve design issues
- Assist with BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance processes
- Support design development, revisions, as-built updates, and mark-ups throughout project stages
Requirements
- Graduate-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-7 years' experience working as a Revit Technician within a structural engineering environment
- Strong proficiency in Revit (structural)
- Refurbishment project experience is highly desirable
- Good understanding of UK construction standards and BIM processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
- High attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
