Location: London (SW19) - Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

Type: Permanent

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Revit Technician looking to take the next step in your career within a respected structural engineering consultancy?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established London-based structural engineering consultancy and work on a growing portfolio of refurbishment-led projects. The role offers exposure to technically interesting schemes within a collaborative and professional environment, alongside a healthy hybrid working balance.

The Role

Within this position, you will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality Revit models and detailed technical drawings. The role will suit an experienced Revit Technician with 5-7 years' industry experience, ideally with exposure to refurbishment and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and maintain accurate Revit structural models, including families, views, sheets, schedules, and annotations
  • Produce detailed drawings, sections, and technical information to a high standard, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Support refurbishment and retrofit projects, alongside some new-build work
  • Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to maintain model integrity and resolve design issues
  • Assist with BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance processes
  • Support design development, revisions, as-built updates, and mark-ups throughout project stages

Requirements

  • Graduate-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5-7 years' experience working as a Revit Technician within a structural engineering environment
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (structural)
  • Refurbishment project experience is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of UK construction standards and BIM processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • High attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
