A highly regarded and fast-growing property consultancy is seeking an Associate Director - Director-level Building Surveyor to play a key role in the continued growth of its London office. This is a senior appointment for an ambitious surveyor who wants influence, autonomy, and a genuine voice in how a business develops.
The practice delivers a full range of building surveying and Party Wall services across high-quality residential and commercial property, and has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, pragmatic advice, and long-term client relationships.
The Role
This position goes well beyond day-to-day surveying. You will take ownership of major client relationships, oversee complex instructions, and help shape the strategic direction of the building surveying offering. While the role remains hands-on, there is a strong emphasis on leadership, mentoring, and business development.
You'll be trusted to run your own workload, support junior surveyors, and contribute to the growth and profile of the consultancy in the London market.
