We re looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Reactive Maintenance (R&M) team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially robust repairs services for residents. This is a desktop-based role suited to an experienced repairs professional who enjoys driving standards, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced operational environment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Contracts Manager, the Quality Assurance Officer provides quality assurance, commercial validation, and compliance oversight across reactive maintenance works. Working closely with planners, supervisors, operatives, subcontractors, and client teams, the role ensures works are accurately coded, fully evidenced, audit-ready, and delivered to the required quality and safety standards, while supporting productivity and value for money.
