Estimator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as an Estimator to work in their offices in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

• Review and summarise tender documents for effective internal and external communication.
• Produce professional documentation to establish clear tender baselines
• Carry out measurement and scheduling of construction works
• Review and evaluate subcontractors based on cost and value

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the refurb or fit-out industry
• A minimum of 4 years' estimating experience
• Experience with JCT/NEC contracts
• Full UK driving licence
• To be able to travel to sites in the North West of England
