Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join a busy construction site. Your role will be essential in maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented site, ensuring welfare facilities meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure welfare areas (canteen and Office) are cleaned and maintained
• Assist with general labouring duties when required
• Keep walkways and communal areas tidy and hazard-free
• Support site management with basic tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Follow site health & safety rules at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• CSCS card Required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and attention to detail
