Maintenance Man

Precision Recruitment Group are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Operative for a well-established property contractor working exclusively across private residential housing. This role does not involve council or social housing work.

The position involves general maintenance, repairs and property turnaround work across privately rented homes, including both void and tenanted properties.

• General maintenance across private residential properties
• Basic joinery, plumbing, painting works, checking smoke alarms/fire alarms
• Fitting sanitary ware and minor plumbing repairs
• Clearing out properties following tenant departures
• Maintenance works on both void and occupied properties
• Working independently across multiple sites
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

About you:
Ideally qualified in a core trade such as Joinery, Painting etc Multi-skilled with general property maintenance experience Previous experience working in private residential housing preferred Full UK Driving Licence - Essential Able to work independently and manage workload effectively Professional approach when dealing with tenants and clients

Apply & Reward:

• £19 Per Hour - Guaranteed 40 Hours minimum per week
• Flexible start times from 08:00-10:00 each day
• Future employment with company van, fuel card etc
• Temp to Perm - 13 Weeks
