Asbestos Dual Surveyor Analyst - Newcastle

A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit a dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Whitley Bay, Newcastle and the wider North East. This is a genuine mixed role, offering a consistent balance between surveying and analytical duties within a well-organised and supportive setup.

The position suits someone who enjoys variety, wants long-term stability, and prefers working within a structured environment with realistic workloads.

• 33,500 annual salary

• Company vehicle provided (car or van)

• Planned, predictable workload

• Supportive management with clear systems in place

• Permanent, long-term position

• Completing Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

• Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling

• Working across commercial and mixed-use properties

• Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports

• Ensuring all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS requirements

• BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or equivalent)

• Experience in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role, or keen to progress into one

• Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance

• Comfortable managing workload independently

• Full UK driving licence
