Job Title: Water Treatment / Commissioning Sales and Business Development Associate

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £35k DOE + Training & Benefits & Commission

This prestigious building services company based in the North West is seeking a Water Treatment Commissioning / HVAC Sales and Business Development Associate to sell building services to new and existing clients. You will be promoting BSRIA flushing, HVAC and commissioning services in order to grow company revenues. Applicants will need strong sales experience within the Commissioning and Water Treatment industry with an enthusiastic work ethic. Experience / Qualifications:

• Worked for a Water Treatment and Commissioning Company
• Proficient in IT software
• Familiar with CIBSE, BSRIA, HTM 0401 and ACOP L8 regulations
• Strong sales success record
• Committed and hard working
• Brilliant literacy and numeracy skills
• Amazing interpersonal skills
• Travelling as per company requirements

The Role:

• Identifying new client leads and business opportunities
• Upgrading existing client accounts and upselling of services
• Using various sales techniques to on-board new client accounts
• Promoting company services to potential clients whilst on site
• Assisting the bid team to produce detailed tenders for submission
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
• Negotiating contract details directly with clients
• Selling of BSRIA flushing, HVAC commissioning and water treatment services
• Updating client records on the company database
• Representing the company in a professional manner
