Due to continued increased demand for their Building Surveying services, they are seeking a senior hire to spearhead the growth of their London team, supporting the newly appointed 'Head of Buildings'. Set up 30 years' ago, they have grown from strength to strength, and now employ over 200 members of staff across the UK. The workload is within both the public and private sectors and is thus broad across asset classes. Clients include TFL, Taylor Wimpey, Oxford University, British Land, and various Pension Funds. They have number of existing high-profile projects and a significant pipeline of future opportunities. The successful applicant should also be keen to develop and enhance client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities. You will be expected to: Have strong experience within delivery of project management schemes Have knowledge on technical Building Surveying services, such as; dilapidations, TDD, neighbourly matters etc. Support the Director with business development and expansion into the commercial sector.
