What will you do?
- Advise on contentious construction matters including:
- Court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR relating to disputes over payment, delays, defects & professional negligence
- Give advice on contract management and dispute mitigation strategies
- You will get plenty of variety advising on a wide range of construction projects, including commercial development, utilities, & renewable energy
- What will you need?
- To be a Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
- At least 4 years+ PQE
- Construction law experience
- Those already at associate, or senior associate level are encouraged to apply
