Estimator / Senior Estimator

We are recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a West Yorkshire based SME Civil Engineering contractor who deliver Bulk Earthworks, Groundworks, Roads and Sewers and RC Schemes throughout the region.
Working as part of the Pre-Construction Team as Estimator you will responsible for delivering competitive tenders for schemes and packages up to 3 million.

The Role

• Liaise with Team Members and Senior Management to agree contractual terms
• Collaborate with experienced delivery managers to ensure accuracy of Tender
• Work with Procurement team and liaise with supplier to obtain accurate prices for plant and materials.
• Sub Contract analysis and comparisons
• Presentation of tender to Client.
