Major Projects QS

Blue Water Recruitment are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor supporting NEC contracts and major project woks for highway infrastructure on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP

Key Responsibilities include:

• Price works and compensation events
• Attending client and commercial meetings
• Administer NEC4 contracts (options A, C & E) using CEMAR

Essential Requirements:

• Strong NEC4 knowledge
• HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

Other requirements:

• Good excel and data analysis skills
• 5+ years on construction/major project ( 500k- 5m)
