Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for candidate delivery and the fast-paced world of construction recruitment?

We're an established recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector, and we're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in Epping. You'll focus on resourcing top talent for a loyal client base - no cold calling, just quality recruitment.

• Sourcing skilled candidates across a range of construction roles (white collar and/or blue collar)
• Managing the candidate journey from initial contact to placement
• Advertising roles, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
• Building talent pipelines and staying ahead of hiring trends
• Supporting Account Managers and Consultants with fast, accurate candidate delivery

• Recruitment experience (ideally in construction or technical sectors)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Based locally to Epping or happy to commute

• No sales targets - pure delivery focus
