Property Inspector

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit an interim Property Inspector. The role offers £26-£28 per hour via umbrella and will be split between onsite visits and office working.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible the managing responsive maintenance services to homes.
• Carry out out pre- and post-repair inspections.
• Oversee and monitor repair and refurbishment works to void properties, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Deliver planned and cyclical maintenance programmes in line with organisational policies and procedures.

About You

• Social Housing surveying/inspections experience is required.
• HNC/HND/Building Surveying Degree is desirable.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
