Role: Demolitions Estimator

We are pleased to be recruiting for one of our leading and well known clients within the construction industry. They are a leading construction and civil engineering firm with over 50 + years' experience.

They are a well established civil and construction company and, they have a fantastic reputation with their clients across the UK and with their employees.

And, due to continued contract wins they are looking to expand their team.

As a Demolitions Estimator you will be responsible for:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for strip-out and demolition projects
• Review drawings, specifications, surveys, and tender documents
• Conduct site visits to assess scope, access, logistics, and risks
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc
• Identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety.
• Submit tenders within deadlines and assist with post-tender negotiations

You will also have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in an estimator / contract manager role on demolition projects
• Enhanced knowledge of health and safety
• Strong numeracy skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
