The contractor has secured a hospital extension project in Gwent and is now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee site activities and ensure the successful delivery of the scheme.
The project will be delivered within a live healthcare environment, requiring excellent planning, communication, and health & safety management.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the site from day to day, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on program, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
- Managing program, sequencing, and logistics
- Working within a live hospital environment
- Conducting site meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and hospital stakeholders
- Maintaining site documentation and reporting progress
