Salary: £33,048 – £38,169 per annum
Plus: Market Supplement up to £10,000 per annum
Pension: Teachers’ Pension Scheme (28.68% employer contribution)

Level 3 (or higher) qualification in a construction trade
At least 3 years’ recent industry experience
