The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join as the quantity surveying team's Associate Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction cost management professional who thrives in managing diverse projects from inception to completion within a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects as the main point of contact for clients.

• Manage day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they meet financial and time constraints.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio, including a £20m mixed-use community hub, a £50m office-to-residential conversion, and a £60m new-build school.

• Utilize both pre and post-contract skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver on project goals.
