We are working with a highly respected national contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality retail, mixed-use, and commercial developments across the UK.
The business has recently secured a major retail-led scheme and is now seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to take full ownership of the project from pre-construction through to completion.
The development will involve fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment works within a live retail environment, requiring strong stakeholder management and logistical planning. The program offers long-term continuity of work across the region upon successful completion.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role, coordinating site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of this flagship retail project.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Managing day-to-day site operations and liaising with clients, consultants, and occupiers
- Leading health, safety, and quality performance across the site
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing program constraints in a live environment
- Producing accurate project reporting and commercial updates
- Motivating and leading a multidisciplinary site team
