Your new role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects and works on community assets across a property portfolio. You will undertake and input into feasibility studies through to design development and project management to ensure that refurbishment and redevelopment projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest of standards.
What you'll need to succeed

An excellent building surveying and project management skillset with experience of delivering complex property projects. A good understanding of building regulations, health & safety, contractor management.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to prepare detailed specifications. A minimum qualification level of HNC / HND / degree.
What you'll get in return
